Questions contractors ask
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
What's included in the monthly price?
Everything it takes to run your plan: hosting, your domain, the texting service, the software behind review requests and estimate follow-up, and our time managing all of it. You won't get separate bills from other companies.
Is there a limit on texts?
Starter includes 250 texts a month and Growth includes 750. That covers missed-call text-backs, review requests and estimate follow-ups. Extra texts are 5¢ each.
Who owns the domain and the website?
Your domain is always yours.
If you cancel within your first 6 months and want to keep your website, there's a one-time $500 transfer fee. After 6 months, the website is yours at no charge.
A transfer includes your website files and your domain. Domains can't be transferred within 60 days of registration. Automations and service phone numbers aren't included.
How fast does it go live?
Starter sites go live within 14 days and Growth within 21 days, counted from when we receive your photos, logo and service list. Google Business Profile verification is controlled by Google and can take longer.
How does billing work?
The setup fee is due before work starts. The monthly fee is billed at the start of each month on autopay. If a payment fails and isn't fixed within 7 days of our notice, service pauses until it's fixed.
What's the free mockup, exactly?
A custom homepage designed for your business, with your name, trade and cities. You see it before you pay anything. If you don't want to move forward, you owe nothing.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. To move from Starter to Growth, you pay the $200 setup difference and the new monthly price starts on your next billing cycle. Moving down from Growth to Starter has no fee.
