I'm Aidan Steele. For the past two years I've worked with subcontractors to bring their businesses up to date: websites, marketing, sales, contracts, dispatch and job management systems, and AI tools.
Before that I spent a year as an electrical estimator, working alongside owners, project managers, salespeople and accounting. I've seen how jobs are won and lost from the inside. Often it has nothing to do with the work. It's who answered the phone, who followed up on the estimate, and who showed up when the customer searched. That's what I set up for you, and I keep it running so you can stay on the job.
